Feature & Follow #2

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. I've just started getting involved in these features and they're great fun! It's a really cool way to find out what people are reading and connect with other bloggers. Added bonus, the aim of a blog hop is to follow others. You follow me, I follow you. Wins all round! I'm happy for followers on GFC, Twitter, Bloglovin', Goodreads, whatever works for you.

This Week's Question
If you could get an ARC of any book, already published, or not yet, what would it be?
suggested by Words I Write Crazy.

I'm torn between two for this. I absolutely adored the Grisha trilogy by Leigh Bardugo so I can't wait for her new one; Six of Crows.
My second choice is a book I know I'm not alone in waiting for; The Winds of Winter by George R R Martin. I don't even want to think about how long I'll have to wait for A Dream of Spring!
What about you guys?

    1. I know, hopefully it's a good as her last books. I'm still new to blogging so I think I'm being way ambitious, but maybe one day it will be us posting pics of those review copies everyone else wants! Thanks for stopping by, happy F&F Friday!

    1. I know right? I keep reading stuff online about George RR Martin talking about all these spin offs and scripts and prequels he wants to write and I just think "hurry up and finish ASOIAF!"

Thanks for the follows and happy F&F Friday!

  3. Oh I didn't even think of books I've been waiting forever on. There are some that I have just basically given up hope of them ever existing! It's sad. Terribly, terribly sad! So many amazing series that for some reason...weren't as amazing as they were to me! :(

Hope you get to read these two soon!

    Here's my Follow Friday

    1. I try not to, but when you hear little snippets of details on line it's really hard! I don't even want to think what the release date for the final book in ASOIAF will be, but I don't want to give up hope that I'll ever read it. One day!

      Happy F&F Friday!

    1. Thanks Sinead. I have high hopes for Six of Crows. Have you read the Grisha trilogy? It was a great series!

  6. I'd definitely recommend them both. A Song of Ice and Fire gets a bit harder to read as you go on and more and more plot threads/characters get introduced but I'm hoping it will all be worth it in the end.

    Thanks for the follows!

  7. Ooh, I've not picked up any of the Grisha books. I'll have to look into them. Thanks for the recommendation! Followed on Blog Lovin. Have a great evening!

    1. No problem, hope you enjoy them when you get a chance to read them. That's one of the things I love about the F&F Fridays, I always come away with a ton of book recommendations!

  8. I really enjoyed the Grisha trilogy, too, so I would definitely go with "Six of Crows"! As for "The Winds of Winter", I would need to read the first book in George R.R. Martin's series before wanting this latest one. Lol. So I would then want to get an ARC of "A Game of Thrones" instead.

Hope you have a GREAT weekend!! New Bloglovin' follower. : )

    1. A Game of Thrones would have been a great ARC to get hold of, although I didn't get in the series until book five was out, so luckily I didn't have to suffer through the agonising wait for the next book in the series from the very start.

I've hopped over and followed you on Bloglovin' and GFC!

    1. I know, I've seen it on so many blogs! You should check out Leigh Bardugo's Grisha trilogy (luckily these are all published so no counting down the days to release!) if you haven't already.

  10. Ahhh, I've heard so much about Six of Crows! I haven't read the Grisha trilogy yet, but I'll be reading it sometime next week, so I'm super excited to find out what everyone's so excited about!

    1. Thanks Erika. I'd definitely try and pick up Shadow and Bone next week if you can, you won't be disappointed. I've literally just gone and bought the first book in the Lunar Chronicles series (it's been on my Amazon wishlist forever!) after reading your FF!

    1. I know, I'm counting the days until 29 September. So jealous of people who got review copies, but on the plus side, it sounds like the book will be fantastic!

  13. Both are authors I'm really looking forward to reading! My husband just finished all the GoT books out at this point, so I'm betting he's waiting pretty anxiously as well. Thanks for following me - following back by GFC, Twitter, and Bloglovin' :D

    1. I know, I'm glad I didn't start the series until book 5 was out. I can't imagine having to wait (im)patiently since all the way back at book 1!
