Feature & Follow #7

TGIF! After a few weeks out with either myself (with a dislocated shoulder) or my laptop (with a dead hard drive) out of action, I'm stupidly excited to get involved with Feature and Follow Friday again!

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. I've just started getting involved in these features and they're great fun! It's a really cool way to find out what people are reading and connect with other bloggers. Added bonus, the aim of a blog hop is to follow others. You follow me, I follow you. Wins all round! I'm happy for followers on GFC, Twitter, Bloglovin', Goodreads, whatever works for you. GFC seems to be being a bit temperamental at the moment, so I guess I'd prefer Bloglovin' follows if I had to pick one.

This week's question: What's your favourite ice cream flavour?
by Not Tonight I'm Reading.

I'm not really a sweet fan to be honest, I'm more of a savoury girl. Open bags of salty snacks do not last long in my house! I would probably go for lemon sorbet, even though it's not technically an ice cream, just because I love lemon and have yet to find lemon flavoured ice cream anywhere. How about you guys? Any other bloggers out there who prefer savoury to sweet? (Seriously if this question was asking about my favourite flavour of crisps this post would be at least three times as long!)

  1. Heehee! It still "ice" like, so it counts! Lol. I like sweets, but I'm kinda picky about which ones. And then it turns into really simple flavors! Like cake wise I like white on white! My mom and sis are more white on chocolate!

    Here's my Follow Friday

    Have a GREAT day!

    1. Yeah, I figured it still counted since it's in the ice cream section at the supermarket! Everyone in my office things I'm a total freak for not being a huge sweet fan, although they're happy whenever someone brings a tray of donuts in since there's a spare.

  2. I like sweets, but I am trying to eat more healthy so I save desserts for special occasions. I used to work for a chip manufacturer in the U.S., so I have literally had my fill of chips! But I still eat tortilla chips and, once in a while, potato chips.

    1. I don't think I'd ever have my fill of chips! I could never work for a manufacturer though, I'd spend more time eating that working. I'd probably get fired for eating the stock.

  4. I LOVE crisps! I'm basically addicted to it. When I see someone eating one, I can't helped but ask if she can share it with me. xD

Lemon-flavored ice cream sounds a bit... weird. But it's an interesting choice, so I'd definitely try it out if someone decides to make one!

    1. Lol, same here! Crisps are my downfall, other than them my diet is pretty good but every now and then I'll think, "yeah, I've eaten way too many crisps to be healthy today".

    1. I'm the total opposite. I have to be in the mood for anything sweet, whereas any sort of savoury snack I'll just eat and eat!

      Thanks for visiting!

  9. Hey thanks for stopping by my blog.Following back Google+ and twitter.
My daughter loves gelato, which is Italian ice cream. She said it's more smoother and a little different from ours.I haven'y tried it yet but plan to soon.It might be something you'd like to try bc I think it's closer to sorbet or yogurt than ice cream.
